Employee Assistance Programme
The Employee Food Assistance Programme (EAP) provides food, produce, and toiletries to team members and their families in need, guided by the principle "Each One Help One." The support baskets are tailored to individual needs and adjusted based on market conditions. Additionally, the programme offers mental health support through confidential counseling sessions with a certified professional. A budget planner worksheet is also included to assist with financial management during or after the programme.
